Ref Doc 129 09 05 26 , : (a) I begin by saying 'A GRAN-LAGL' / A BIG-MOUTH has been telling people to annoy me, touch me, touch my hand, touch my fingers because 'why I am not sending my BUDGET SUGGESTIONS.' (2) My suggestions to the National Assembly, thru the Clerk are as follows: The Government had Raised the age at which people get old age pension from 60- to 65 suddenly , without any pity and pensions were CUT OF without any pity. I had already provided my opinion to Commission of Experts on Pension. (a) WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE , gradual increase instead of suddenly BRP at 65 (b) LACK ON TRANSPARENCY (c) TARGETING/ 'CIBLAGE' ; eg those earning OVER Rs 100K no BRP pension (d) MANY DO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THE ECONOMY but talk of pension 08/11/25 of HOW the Old age pension should be changed (3) Look; Population is doing Sacrifice , KURBANI, Pension CUT , benefits CUT, allowances CUT ,SALARIES CUT , PAYSLIPS have become horrors to watch and it can be seen on Newspaper of today itself , PRICES of food KEEP RISING. The population is TIGHTENING and TIGHTENING themselves and EATING LESS AND LESS , ARRIVING AT THE 15TH POCKETS ARE EMPTY SO my suggestion is that HON MEMBERS and the N.A they also should do sacrifices HON MEMBERS and the N.A also should do some KURBANI My suggestion for the BUDGET is that HON MEMBERS also start to do some sacrifices, KURBANI , in terms of salaries ( REDUCE) , number of hon members ( REDUCE) , allowances of HON MEMBERS (REDUCE ) and their PENSIONS. PENSIONS should be REDUCED/ CUT OFF . It is not possible that while the Population is tightening, they are organizing CONCERTS IN PORT LOUIS and MAJA KARO Some keep traveling overseas at the expense of public money. (4) . As I had been REPORTING to several authorities, Police are not working, Ministries not working. They are being paid for nothing. TIGHTEN THEM. If Police do not want to work , they can change Job and go to work as Oily cake sellers/ scavengers/ postman/ bus worker/ planters, they do planting in flammants ( even though Pesticide causes Cancer) (5). I see some « lèche-bottes » HINDU GROUPS happy of everything : they are satisfied of pensions/salaries/ prices of articles / cost of living : TOU-BON "सब ठीक ठाक है" 'sab thik thak hai' These people just do MOFINN/SOY/ bad omen and each time they organize big prayers something bad happens in the country. When the heart, mind and soul are DIRTY, you can do hundreds of prayers but only bad things will happen. I AM SURE WE WILL HAVE A CATASTROPHIC BUDGET (after budget I will come back to this point , you remember those HINDU GROUPS doing SOY before budget) (6) As I predicted UK Labour GOT a thrashing , locally known as 'bate bef ' at their local elections May 2026. And if this current trend continues in Mauritius , and Police still Refusing to do their duties, the same fate awaits the Mauritius Government. The UK Labour also same as the Local Alliance MLP-MMM-ReA-ND came with big promises and also with a BIG MAJORITY same as here , but they did not deliver. and STARMER's government is on course for a HISTORICAL government DEFEAT . Previous LOCAL Government just got a K.O 2024. BEWARE their 60-0, becomes a 0-60. Same for STARMER/RACHEL/ANGELA , I still maintain RISHI SUNAK was better. I recall STARMER yelling at SUNAK, 'you are a weak PM' , "याद है" (Yaad hai) you remember ? AND RACHEL/ANGELA SITTING BEHIND AND LAUGHING. LOOK at the situation TODAY. STARMER should TAKE RACHEL /ANGELA out with him.
