Provocation (a) Due to these persistent harassment of NEIGHBOURHOODS dodo/flammants/scavengers of municipality QB, const 18 HARASS ME/damage/throw/dirty/Push. and the INACTION of the Sodnac Police, WHO 'DEKLAR KOUYON' and refuse to take my statements even when neighbourhood Flammants throw dog excrement,urine, steal, damage etc... (b) and as said in Ref Doc 84 , 25 04 26 the problem with the 3 HON MEMBERS of const 18. THEY SIT LIKE INNOCENTS in the N.A while SUCH SERIOUS MATTERS ARE HAPPENING IN THEIR CONSTITUENCIES 18 ; my relationship with the MAURITIUS LABOUR PARTY has been fractured. (a) I see no reason to 'contact THE PRESIDENT OF THE MAURITIUS LABOUR PARTY ...., Minister of Energy and Public Utilities'. I know Hon ..... from their time the Mauritius Labour Party had their HEAD QUARTERS infront of the CASERN in Port Louis, the small building, whereby the back part was DAMAGED. (b) I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY HE RUNS his Ministry (c) I DO NOT LIKE his Ministry (d) I DO LIKE him (e).... I NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION TO be member of the Mauritius Labour Party. Lastly as I said all this have a bad impression of Mauritius , I understand why the UK-US are very reluctant, hesitant to Finalise the CHAGOS DEAL. [ harassment on an educator in all impunity, as if justice is within their hands, POLICE not doing their jobs, threats to CUT MARKS, threat to WEAPONISE the law ICTA / SEDITION ....] Civilian like me have to FEAR the POLICE ? this is very SERIOUS . These US-UK they do not like these things of MUZZLING PEOPLE. Some would even perceive Mauritius as a Corrupt Government.AND OBVIOUSLY as I mention of the Labour Party, I think of the UK Labour , Sir Keir Starmer, WHO I BELIEVE is NOT doing a good job. UNLESS improvements, the guy must go,Sir Keir Starmer MUST GO.

Falling point const 18; Every Parliamentary sessions, THEY SIT LIKE INNOCENTS in the N.A while SUCH SERIOUS MATTERS ARE HAPPENING IN THEIR CONSTITUENCIES 18 and they act as if they are blind. they do not see, they do not hear, they are Deaf.. I stop communicating with the 3 hon members of const 18 Quatre Bornes Since they ARE NOT DOING THEIR DUTIES. The 3 hon members of Const 18 are getting PAID by public money for nothing. THEY DO NOT EVEN INQUIRE (a) WHY THESE NEIGHBOURHOODS dodo/flammants/scavengers of municipality QB, const 18 HARASS ME/damage/throw/dirty/Push/....hindering my tranquility and peace of mind and temper with the proper enjoyment of my property where I am sole owner in all impunity , as if justice in within their hands. they ABUSE of the fact that I live alone and have no one. (b) WHY POLICE of SODNAC are not doping their job ? Mayor also need to change.
